Wherein a contract does not specify all terms or conditions, the terms and conditions in this document shall fill in any ambiguous areas and will become a legally binding component of that agreement. By using the website(s) of MCMC FORECAST INC to contact, engage with, do business with, or otherwise be impacted through the actions of the corporation or it's employees, owners, investors, vendors, or users, you ackowledge reciept of the terms and conditions and agree to be bound by all of them. 

Consideration given to MCMC FORECAST INC in this contract is the obliviation of any and all liability for MCMC FORECAST INC and its owners, affiliates, closely-related business entities, vendors, investors, and users as well as their families, heirs, and/or close friends (henceforth the company and its affiliates) to the fullest extent allowed by law. By using the company's website you agree that you will waive any rights, now or in the future, to enter any class action lawsuits, class-wide arbitrations, or private attorney general actions towards the company and its affiliates. By using this website, you agree, to the fullest extent legally allowed, that you will release the company and it's affiliates from liabilities to you and to anyone you know who is affected by your actions. If your actions following the use of this site may affect another person, you are responsible for notiying them of these terms and for providing them with a written copy, translated if necessary, before you take any such actions.

The consideration given to "the customer"/you in exchange for the aforementioned is that you may utilize products or services in a self-directed way that have been produced or designed with no intention to decieve, defraud, mislead, or cause harm through negligence or malice. 

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of, or in relation to, this contract, including regarding the validity, invalidity, breach or termination thereof, shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration of the Swiss Arbitration Centre in force on the date on which the Notice of Arbitration is submitted in accordance with those Rules.

The number of arbitrators shall be three;

The seat of the arbitration shall be Geneva, Switzerland.

The arbitral proceedings shall be conducted in English.

The Expedited Procedure shall apply.

Notwithstanding the above, the parties may agree at any time to submit the dispute to mediation in accordance with the Swiss Rules of Commercial Mediation of the Swiss Chambers' Arbitration Institution.

You may provide the publicly available data on this site to another party for any use only when that party is explicitly aware that the souce of the data, MCMC FORECAST INC, makes no explicit, nor implied, claims about the data's fit for purpose, continued availability, cost, or accuracy. 

All services are provided on an as-is basis with no implied warranty of accuracy, functionality, or availability.
